Shipping times will depend on type and your distance from us. Additional shipping charges may apply for large or bulky items; these charges will be noted in the product description. All in-stock merchandise orders will be shipped within two business days. BUSINESS DAYS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. They do not include weekends and holidays. Shipments will have an invoice included. If the order is a gift please check "This order is a gift" in Order Options during check out. All times are based on in-stock items. If an item is backordered, that item will be shipped free of charge when it arrives back in-stock. Shipping types and times(U.S. only): ECONOMY- Packages will be shipped FedEx SMARTPOST. Time: 2-14 business days. GROUND- Packages will be shipped USPS/FedEx/UPS. Time: 2-7 business days. 2ND DAY- Packages will be shipped FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. Time: 2 days - THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY & SUNDAY. OVERNIGHT- Packages will be shipped FedEx. Time: next day- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY & SUNDAY. FREE SHIPPING: Online orders over $50. Economy shipping to continental U.S. only. Items with "an additional shipping cost" (Diploma frames, plastic Lion Shrines, etc.) noted in the description are not eligible for the Free Shipping offer. RETURNS Merchandise and Apparel ordered from the Student Book Store website has a 30 day refund policy. A copy of the store refund policy will be included with your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or the refund policies, please contact the Student Book Store at 1-800-373-4SBS (4727). In the event of a refund, we will credit the credit card used for the transaction within five days of receiving the returned merchandise. Textbooks purchased on the Student Book Store site are subject to the same return policy as textbooks purchased in the store. The first week of classes is the full refund parameters for textbooks. Textbooks purchased after the first week of classes are final sales.
