Penn State Nittany Lion™ football at Beaver Stadium is widely considered one of the best game atmospheres in all of college football. Beaver Stadium opened in 1960 with a capacity of 46,284. Following several expansions, it now routinely hosts well over 100,000 fans on football Saturdays in Happy Valley. Named after former Pennsylvania Governor James A. Beaver, the stadium has hosted some of the largest college football crowds in history. This evening the stadium was transformed into a giant sea of white for the annual event, when Nittany Lion fans dress in white to show their team support and create one of the toughest venues for opposing teams in collegiate athletics. Prints begin as a high definition photo that is printed on heavy art stock paper to resist waviness and warping due to heat and humidity and then topped with a UV resistant coating to minimize fading. Measures 40" wide x 13.5" tall.
