SHIPPING

Q. How much do you charge for shipping?

A. We charge $8.00 for UPS Ground or FedEx ground shipping to continental U.S. addresses. UPS/FedEx 2nd Day shipping is available on most orders (under $50) for $17.00. An additional shipping charge will apply to oversized items (Stand-Up Joes, Lawn Lions, Diploma Frames, Chairs, etc.) Express, International, AK and HI shipping is available, please call 1-800-373-4727 or email us for details.

Q. For items which specify an additional shipping cost, what is the exact cost for shipping?

A. Oversized items will include special shipping pricing in the product description.

NOTE: If the shipping address and billing address are different, we will be including a gift card, unless otherwise specified in the "customer notes" area when checking out.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Q. Where should I ship my return?

Q. What information should I include with my return?
A. Please note any damage or sizing problems. Please specify if you are returning for refund or exchanging for another size

Q. Can I make an exchange online?
A. We’re sorry, we are not able to process exchanges online. Please contact us for further information

Q. Who pays for shipping on returns and exchanges?
A. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. The regular shipping cost of $8.00 will apply when SBS sends your exchanged item.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my exchange?
A. We will ship your exchange within 2 Business Days, if the item is in stock.

Q. Can I return or exchange merchandise if I don’t have the original receipt?
A. Merchandise returned without a receipt will be exchanged for other merchandise.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q. I know you carry an item, but I couldn't find it on your site. Can I still order it?

A. Please call 1-800-373-4727 to place an order for items not found on our site.

Q. Can I use a coupon with my online purchase?

A. No. Coupons are for in-store use only.

BACKORDERS

Q. Can I check the status of my backorder online?

A. We're sorry, at this time we are unable to provide this information online. Please contact us by phone or email for the status of your backorder.

Q. When is my credit card charged after I've placed a backorder?

A. Your card is charged when the backordered item becomes available. If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, you will initially be charged only for the in-stock portion of your order. The backordered portion is charged to your account when the item or items become available.

Q. How are backordered items shipped?

A. We will ship backordered merchandise UPS or FedEx Ground.

AFTER PLACING AN ORDER

Q. Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

A. We're sorry, orders cannot be changed online once they've been submitted. If you are able to call us shortly after the order has been placed we may be able to make changes. However, we are unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Q. What sort of confirmation will I get?

A. We will send an order confirmation by email, within an hour after you've placed your order.

Q. What are my payment options?
A. We accept the following methods of payment:
VISA, MasterCard, America Express and Discover.

Q. When will my credit card be charged?
A. Your card is usually charged as the item or items in your order become available to ship. If your order contains backordered items, the backordered portion will not be charged to your account until it becomes available. Items requiring a special order will be charged at the time of placement of your order.

Q. Can I view a list of my past online orders?
A. Yes. When you Log In you have the option of viewing your order history.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Q. When will my order be delivered?

A. Orders for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 3 Business Days. Delivery time will vary by location. Most merchandise ships directly from State College, PA. Most of PA, DE, MD, & NJ are within in the FedEx and UPS 1 Day delivery area.
